iBreakthrough offers four different kinds of support services, including Administrative Services, Content Services, Coaching and Training Services, and Consulting Services. We’ll explore each in additional detail below.
- Administrative Services – For our Enterprise Level clients iBreakthrough will set up and manage your branded LMS, courses, instructors, and users. iBreakthrough will provide you ongoing reporting on instructors, courses, and individual participants. We are your administrative partner.
- Content Services – iBreakthrough can help you to develop custom course content that is specific to your organization. Content can include text, documents, audio files, screen captures, video production, tests, quizzes, assessment tools, certificates of completion, and more. iBreakthrough can also create complete SCORM compliant learning modules. We are your content development partner.
- Coaching and Training Services – Should you be interested in a blended-learning format for any course that combines online course content with one-on-one coaching, small group discussions, or live in-person classroom training, we have coaching and training experts standing by ready to deliver. Our live engagements can take place on the phone, online via Skype or Go2Meeting, or in person, in live coaching or training sessions. Our coaching and training services are available to clients at all service levels. We are your trusted source for coaching and training!
- Consulting Services – To effectively connect your training and development initiatives to your organization’s larger strategic goals, we provide C-Level, Director-Level, and VP-Level consulting services. This way training and development always serves the larger mission, is properly aligned, and can produce a positive ROI.
